ON-GOING CLASSES

Adult Discussion Group
Susan Schlueter

BAUUC’s adult discussion group meets from 10:35 to 11:20 a.m. on Sunday mornings in the library and we are beginning a new book, Authentic Happiness, by martin Seligman. This is available at half.com, Amazon, or Barnes & Noble so join us on Sunday mornings for a lively discussion and debate. This book introduces Positive Psychology and focuses on strengths rather than weaknesses, asserting that happiness is not the result of good genes or luck. Seligman teaches readers that happiness can be cultivated by identifying and using many of the strengths and traits that we already possess. Newcomers are welcome at any time.
