Volunteering in Religious Education

Volunteering

The Religious Education Program at BAUUC is a collaborative effort of volunteers, and we always need people in the following areas:

• Facilitators for adult groups and classes
• Teachers, assistant teachers and substitutes (no experience needed, we train)
• Nursery assistants
• Help with Children’s Chapel and Multigenerational Worship Services
• Organizing supplies
• Greeters
• Committee chairs and helpers for big events like Fall Festival, the Christmas Pageant, and Multicultural Week
• Wednesday night children’s activities (craft projects and outdoor exploration)
• Transportation to off-site events and adults to be present overnight for youth events.
